Always proofread numbers. Recognition engines routinely confuse zero with the letter O, one with lowercase L, and five with S, and those substitutions are invisible when you skim. Table layouts also tend to flatten into single columns, so expect to restore structure manually. For anything financial or legal, treat the output as a first draft that removes typing effort, not as a verified transcript.
